I enjoy wandering through the streets and gardens of my hometown, looking for that special shot. It’s very much like a treasure hunt. I also design jewelry. I was near Kansas City Art Institute. I'm guessing it was student who lost their bike:(
At least they felt empowered by their sign. Felt like I needed to pass it on.
