From the garden
natural beauty
white hydrangea
One of my favorite places to visit is Kauffman Garden in Kansas City, Missouri. Here are a few of my recent shots. Crazy is their resident cat. She was very patient with me while I was experimenting with my macro lens.

Are these larkspur? We used to have them everywhere in the South, but I seldom see them anymore. The cat nap is wonderful, even if I am not a cat person! Have a good weekend. dee
Dee, I knew someone would ask what it is because I don't know the answer:) I'll find out the next time I go. Maybe someone who reads my blog could solve the mystery. If Lin is reading this, she would know.
I do have a photo with larkspur in it called 'summer garden'. It is also purple and just as pretty.
Enjoy your holiday weekend!
