Kansas City
Chandelier
My husband and I set out to go to the River Market so I could take some architectural shots. Once I saw the sun shining on the railroad tracks, I decided that the Union Station would be a great place to stop first. We had so much fun wandering around the area that we never made it to the market. We will just have to make another trip downtown!

At Union Station
While I was walking around the front of Union Station my husband had enough time to sketch the fountain. I love his little masterpieces:)

Two fabulously talented people - how lucky are you to love the same endeavors!!
Chandelier is spectacular, and the train under the bridge, wow, so hard to catch something like that. Love both of the fountain/memorial pics. Happy that I don't have to choose which I like best. By the way, I am reading my second Nicholas Sparks book...The Wedding, the sequel to the Notebook which I had already read. Thanks for reminding me of that author. dee
Cat, great photos from you, and what a great sketch from your talented husband!! Your adventures are so creatively productive :)
Love the Chandelier and b/w train shot. So different but both are technically brilliant! Great work!
Cheers!
